World Cup Predicitions

I interviewed some International House students, staff, and teachers about their predictions for the 2014 Brazil world cup and who they expect to win..

Name : Thauan Rosas
Home Country : Brazil
1. Which country do you expect to win the Brazil world cup?
  - Spain and Brazil
Why?- Spain won the last World Cup in 2010 and Brasil won the last   Confederation Cup
2.What's your favorite team?- Brasil of course
Why? - Brazil has many good players and the players really enjoy the sport
3. Who is your favorite player? - Neymar
Why? -  He is a very fun and good player

Name : Alex Agrico
Country : Brazil
1. Which country do you expect to win the Brazil world cup?
  - Brazil
 Why?- Brazil is one of the best teams and they get to play at home
 2.What's your favorite team?- Brasil
  Why?  - They have great style and they enjoy their game
 3. Who is your favorite player? Neymar
 Why?  -  He is funny and skilled

  - Brazil
 Why?- Brazilian players are playing at home(Home ground)
 2.What's your favorite team?- Palmeiras
  Why?  - This is the first time that I watched a champion team
  3. Who is your favorite player? - Messi

  - Brazil
 Why? - Brazil is stronger than his country
 2.What's your favorite team? -Spain
 Why? -  A lot of his favorite players are on that team
  3. Who is your favorite player?- Messi
 Why? - Amazing player(very polite, very fast, very smart)

  -Italy
Why?- I support AC millan
2.What's your favorite team? Italy
Why?- I joined Japans team here, right side back defend.
3. Who is your favorite player? - Christina Ronaldo
Why?-He is the best player of the world

Country : Trinidad
1. Which country do you expect to win the Brazil world cup?
  - Uruguay
 Why?- Maybe Brazil is the best team but Uruguay won before,
    even if they are a small country
 2.What's your favorite team? -Uruguay
  Why? Small country but the players are good
 3. Who is your favorite player?- I don't have one
 4. Opinion- The world cup is good for the world because all people can share the sport. its good fighting without having a war.

  - Argentina
 Why? - Argentina has Messi
 2.What's your favorite team? - England
  Why?- They invented soccer
  3. Who is your favorite player? - Bale(Wales)
 4. Opinion- - When I was young I used to play soccer. Let's enjoy the world cup together!!!

Why?- Brazil is the best (Ranking : 3rd)  But the ranking is not correct.
    For ex; Colombia is not good at soccer but their ranking is 8th in the world
2.What's your favorite team?-Brazil
Why?- I'm from Brazil
3. Who is your favorite player?- Hernandes, Neymar
Why?- I'm from Sao Paolo which is the same city as them.
 4. Opinion- This world cup will be the best world cup ever

                                         

dragon space~!!!!!

Dragon  located on Granville Island. There are a lot of special objects like fantasy, magical, dragon figures. The address is 106-1551 Johnston St.. It has been there for 23 years ago. The staff were so busy but they answered our questions so kindly. The range of price is from 1$ to 2300$. The name of the most expensive product is 'The guardian add the Thief." The target of the shop is tourists. We can hear Celtic music in there. It smells like incense. I really recommend people to go there.

Soap gallery

The soap gallery is located in suite,17-1551,Johnston st,Vancouver. You can find it on Granville Island. They usually sell creams and soap. It was opened 4 years ago. When I entered the shop, I felt that the staff I met were really kind. The owner was a chemical engineer, so he worked in the beauty  industry. He got an idea during his work as a chemical engineer. That is the reason why the owner opened the shop. All the soaps in the gallery were handmade products. It makes people more interested. The most popular item in this store are bath salts. The price range is from 3$ to 25$. The target of the store is everybody who wants to be clean and smell delicious. The owner loves his shop. The rarest item is felted soap.

Let me tell you about my childhood story.
I was very shy as a child and I was so naughty as well.
My famaily was not rich, I was always with my older sister when my parents
went to work. So, my older sister took care of me well and we are very close.
In this picture I was in the third grade of elementary school and the background was
an aquarium of 63 Building. 63 Building was the highest building in South korea and I
remember that I went there after I kept asking my parents with my childish mind.
I am different from who I was then. When I saw my childhood picture in this class it was a very good experience.

What a cute guy♥

When i was 4 years old, , my father took this picture. I'm not sure but i may have eaten Jja-Jang-noodle.
i was a little chubby until i graduated  elementary school. Although i couldn't use a fork well, it didn't matter.
I think at that time i was really hungry. Look at that my mouth! A lot of sauce covered my mouth.
I think my father thought my behavior was so cute. When i saw my picture for the first time, i felt that my father loved me so much. Although i couldn't remember my feeling at that time, i was really happy. Because of my family. Everybody liked me, hopefully,. my grandparents, parents etc...HaHa. I seemed to get enough love.
If someone saw my childhood, they might envy me. I can say clearly...... i was so happy!!!
